The friendliest loan company in town hands down!

My mom is elderly and sick. In the last 2 months she has had a heart attack, major surgery and hospitalization. She is on oxygen and when her oxygen plummets she is forgetful and doesn’t know who she is. Very time these rude ppl have called her regarding a $200 loan (which due to interest she has repaid 5x over) she tells them to call on 3rd of month when she gets paid and she will pay it. Today is the 22nd and first call from them this month was today. The manager talked to my mom like she wasn’t a human being, making rude and hateful comments while the whole time she is apologizing for forgetting and asking him to call on 3rd, as she doesn’t have transportation. He said “u found a way here to get the money”. Over $200, who would be so disrespectful to anyone, much less someone who has earned the right to be respected. What a loser.

I gave this place 1 star because that's the only way I could leave a review. They are very unprofessional in the Muskogee office. Don't even both trying to talk to the manager, he was no help at all. Still waiting to here from his supervisor. He said he would have her call me.

If I could leave a review without a star I would.. they wont renew my loan because i work for a competitor even tried to call their home office and that is the only reason they wont

Sucks to have to get a loan sucks more when the place you go is rude, seriously.

These guys are awesome. From application to loan approval was a very smooth process. Brad is amazing, had the application ready when I arrived. Less than 15 minutes had a check in my hand!

Continental Credit is always helpful and courtesy. I have been a customer for years. They always take care of me without hassle. Highly recommend!!!

It's always a pleasant experience every time I go into the store. Brad, Jennifer and Brittany are always friendly, professional, and always there whenever I need them. The payments are very reasonable as well. Thank you all and keep up the good work!
