If I could give 0 stars, I would. They use to be great but now the lady who works there is freaking rude 24/7 and dismissive, always giving attitude and talking to you like your trash. If we wouldn’t have gotten into the rabbit hole of a loan, I’d give em a big middle finger and move on about my life.

I've been dealing with red river for at least 3yrs now I believe. They always work with me and I've never experienced anyone being unprofessional at all. Anytime I need to refinance, they let me do it with no problem and sometimes let me get more than what I'm approved for. All the ladies are awesome to me. I'm pretty sure I'll refinance with them again. Just know, now you pay off the interest before you start paying off your actual loan. Other than that, I'm cool with red river.

I had a very bad experience with the Tahlequah location, to the point of where I did not want to respond to any calls because they made me feel so low, once I spoke to the manager in muskogee, she was nothing but sweet, professional, and understanding, I believe her name was Carla; and I have to say, I absolutely appreciate her treating me like a human and just showing effort and support. I don’t love the interest rates at red river; but when it comes to being treated with respect ; this is all that matters and I would come back due to the kindness.

Of all the loan companies I've been to this is the best one by far! Amanda was so friendly and helpful. She was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend going to see her for any of your loan needs!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Everyone in the office is warm and inviting. I've had several experiences with all the ladies in the office and they are extremely helpful. Terri is an amazing women herself and I love being able to almost feel a home environment when I'm in the office. Overall the environment is amazing and the loan process is a breeze. I would highly recommend Red River Credit for your loan needs

The Red River in Muskogee is awesome. And I believe she is the assistant manager her name is Terri and she always helped me out when I needed it. I highly recommend you go talk to her if you need some help with a loan she is awesome!!! Awesome friendly place to go!

Went to my local branch one day when I was in need of timely funds. They were welcoming and very professional. And their willingness to work with me on payments despite personal trouble and unforseen circumstance was and is a relief. I would gladly go to them again if I ended up in a tough spot!
