I had been trying to cash a check for a week when I stumbled upon Check-n-go in Newcastle. I'm so happy I did! It was a hard to cash handwritten out of state check that my bank and 2 other places turned down. I had pretty much given up. Phil the manager went above and beyond. I'm talking unparalleled hospitality and enthusiasm. He wasn't going to give up on this. I came in Monday around 5. They are usually closed on Tuesday but he made a special appointment for me today and would not take no for an answer! His determination and dedication was so amazing. Customer service at that level doesn't exist anymore! I left my special appointment today with cash in hand. Thanks so much Phil! I'll be a lifetime customer and recommend this location to Anyone! If you have a problem go see Phil. He'll find you a solution!!!

These ladies are absolutely fantastic. They stayed open late and was so patient and kind. They worked with me over an hour on the phone and were so professional. I would highly recommend.
