People who work there are very professional and friendly. They work hard to get you qualified for a loan and are very knowledgeable about financial matters. Always with a smile and a warm greeting, they make doing business a pleasure. In the past, at other similar businesses, I felt more embarrassed and ashamed to have to ask for assistance. But not so at Approved Cash, I look forward to interacting with their friendly agents. What a blessing! I am very satisfied with the services they provide.

I will always use Approved Cash when and If I am ever in need of help in the future. Katie and Kayla are so accommodating every experience everytime is always a great one. They've always treated me like a valued customer, amazing Customer service and exceeding what is even asked, by staying later if I was running behind. I've never felt judged, embarrased or hesitant to call them if I was short or would be past due. They are very clear and upfront of the process and agreement that we were going into. I have found a place of business that has made it feel more like a relationship and not just another company I do business with or owe money to. Katie and Kayla always provide excellent Service and are definitely a place that I have and will continue to reccomend other friends, Family and Coworkers to if they are ever in need and want a laid back, friendly place to lend from. When i got a loan from this place katie and kayla were more than happy to get me set up. Now when i go to make a payment both know me by name and get me in and out quickly. They also know that there are bills and things so the reminder call i get is always helpful as well. Keep up the good work ladies. You guys are truely amazing.
