Check Into Cash, Norman, OK

Me and my roommate spent a month trying to cash the 2nd issue of a refund check from western Union. None of the employees would run the check number, like western Union said to. Which lead to it looking like it had a stop on it, when it didn't. We finally decided to go out of town on recommendation from another store we tried that didn't do western Union. We went to PLS, if you're near a PLS money center then use that. The manager there new how to handle my check without me saying a word about while at the same time training a new employee.

This place will rob you blind. There are much better, more ethical places to go get a loan here in Norman.

DO NOT GET THE GREENDOT CARD Lady was good until we left and she “had” to give us this green dot card you have to way 7-10 business days to even transfer any funds out

I've been here twice before, both times it was just your average check cashing experience today went A little more different/difficult.I'm not sure what was going on but it was kinda like they were tired & crabby & decided since it was the end of the day they'd take it out on customers. ..kind of comedic but a nonsensical comedy, like we cant help you so may as well make fun of you type of attitude

This place is a joke why call it check cashing? if they won’t even do that ,? I tryed to cash a check they use a third party verification who don’t make the call to the banks or person on the check ...Fact then when you re submit it they send it back and say it’s too much of a risk .Instead of doing it themselves and actually achieving something and making good too the name of the company .

Awesome experience! I spoke with a lady named Kelly, and received the best customer service I’ve had in a long while! Definitely recommend!! Will be referring anyone I know.

loved the customer service, answered all the question I had, the young lady Jessica was really nice and informational when I was inquiring about certain things. Great experience will be back.
