Check `n Go, Norman, OK

So they weren't able to help me at the store. I had a western Union refund check and they couldn't cash that. Though the employee, Sunny, called as many places in Norman she could to find a place that would. No other place would cash them inside Norman so she suggested I go to PLS in the city. The mod knew how to handle my refund check without a word spoken, she was even training another employee while helping me. Give these guys a try, they saved me from a 3 or 4 month nightmare just by being as much as they could. Which apparently is many times more helpful than Check Into Cash who western Union kept recommending. Who wasted about a month with this check issue running the wrong number. Give these guys a try, don't go to check into cash

Called for one full day and could not reach anyone. Corporate could not help me either. All I have is one basic cash handling question. I am not a customer, but the girl answering the phone kept asking me for my date of birth. I keep explaining it would not make any difference since I am not in their system, but she just kept asking. Said it was for 'security purposes". Whose security if you are asking me for my personal information?? That is very ignorant. I wouldn't trust them with anything regarding money.

Lexi and Kaitlyn work hard to create a positive and upbeat environment, even when they are really busy which is always. I was here on the 3rd and there was standing room only, they worked diligently to make every single customer feel welcome and that you could tell they really appreciated those customers coming in to their place of business. They even had a table set up with goodies for everyone. By far the best customer service I have seen in a long time keep it up girls!

Have been a client for over 5 years and am amazed at how efficient their office runs. Lexi goes above and beyond in her management of such a busy office. She is always pleasant and easy to work with, in fact all the girls there are...they do a tremendous amount of clients and put up with alot! Certainly they are all deserving acknowledge of their hard work, thank you and give those girls a raise!!!

After a hard drawn out day at work, i come in to check n go to cash my checks, and Lexi and kaitlyn sure do make my day. They are always so nice and accommodating. There is no other check n go I would rather go to, these girls deserve a raise. They do an awesome job here, they get me in and out and on my way and this is a busy store. They are so quick and efficient.

The lady at the counter was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. This was my first time doing this kind of thing and honestly the experience couldn’t have been any easier or smoother! Highly recommend. I don’t have very good credit and my bank account was even negative. I still got approved. Highly recommend for the everyday average joe who is down on their luck. You won’t be disappointed. :) Thanks check n go!
