When my husband took this loan out he made sure to tell them that I would be the one to talk to about the account, everything was fine until today. I called to make a payment the so called manager should not tell me how much was due so needless to say I didn’t make a payment. She’s very rude. How in their right mind makes a payment without knowing how much is going to be charged on my debit card.

This is my second sign up, first was with a ck, they sent me...these are good people, if you bring in all your paper work, copies of income, utilities, rent/mortgage, insurance...they will help you ! I gave my info n got a extra check, that was extended on my loan. Totally happy with my association with red river !

The ladies that work here are very professional and explain the process in detail so that you know everything up front. I have never had a problem with anyone being rude or unprofessional at this location. Great customer service and very helpful.

Terrible, terrible experience. The lady AT the Norman office was on some trickery. Duped us into signing an application, and lied about what it was we were signing. She implied that we'd receive a copy of the application we were pressured into signing, after we signed it, then did an old bait and switch and refused to give us a copy!!! Will be reporting to the BBB. And reporting for unlawful lending practices.

I would give less stars if possible. They are rude and unprofessional. The manager admitted that she didnt understand their own paper work and didnt follow the law.

Stacy is very nice she always helped me I have been here several times and always treated nicely

Stacy is amazing. Really helpfull. In a bind go see them they treat you like family .

I wasn't going to leave a star the people at this place don't no what they are doing can't even work a computer.
