Getting the loan was flawless and easy, however, when I went to pay off the loan, ( before the initial payment was even due) I ended up paying an extra $33 because of a problem on their end with an initial payment pending. The “customer service “ rep put me off paying it for three days causing the fee. Seems like just another company squeezing money out of the little guy to me and just as bad as the payday loans they were doing before.

LaToya was amazing! Super fast, super friendly! The staff including Kelly and Andre are awesome as well and will be a return customer if I ever need help again! Highly recommend them for personal needs and check cashing!!
