!!!!!!Disrespectful and Rude!!!!!! Karissa is the reason why I will NEVER go back to them for a loan. The first week she was in office she left me a message, her attitude was so rude. I went and paid off my account just so I would't have to talk to her again. I've been a customer for years. She needs to learn how to speak to her customers if she plans on keeping that office successful after Regina left. I recommend going to a different location if you want to be treated with Respect.

Horrible customer service very rude we went in to get the loan first time ever going to this company and the first thing that came out of the managers mouth was I garanish ok really WOW I will never do business with this place again and corporate is just as bad I call VERY BAD BUISNESS DONT DO BUISNESS HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SOMEWHERR WHERE YOU WILL GET TREATED WITH RESPECT
