3 stars are better than one and a bad review. This experience with this location has been the worst I ever had. Even tho we reached a solution. It was still one I didn't want. I just wanted to pay what I owed. I did not want to renew or restart a loan. She "Tina" the manager gave that or supposedly going to court as my only option. I just wanted to pay my past due. That's it. If she needed to take me to court then she should've just done it. Because I have no clue how they approved me for a renewal when my income has significantly changed and I told her that's why I was late a whole months payment plus the one that just came due March 1st 2022. I am unhappy with how her professionalism went right out the window. I got a card in the mail asking me to call them and I did before I even knew it was in my mailbox. So if you were expecting a call from me then to have a nasty jumping to conclusions filthy a$$ attitude was very off putting. As I was calling to update my phone number due to technical issues from my old one not updating anymore. Money spent that I have to take care of as a necessitie on top of car stuff that came up multiple times over the past 2-3 months. Personally I believe that is is illegal to blow customers phones up constantly multiple times a day every day that you're open. Not to mention constant voice-mails. And I even had a FB Messenger contact thru one of the places I loan from that wasn't from this one. It's truly absurd and illegal the last time I checked as I worked for Finance like this before and we did First Party Collections. I don't know what kind of circus is being ran here but I'd love to not use them again.

they are okay for small loans, I would not recommend the larger size loans if you can avoid it, staff is nice until you have questions, then it's sharp responses. I was thankful for the approval, now I just wish they would have just denied me.

I have been to Lend Nation 7 times now. I asked can I get a money order. She asked if I had been there before I said yes. She said what's my name. I have never been asked my name before, so I asked why do you need that for? She said you said you've been here before. I responded I have but have never been asked that before, why do you need to know. She gave me mad attitude immediately and said If you're going to have attitude I don't need to help you with a harsh voice. It wasn't me being rude, I was asking a sincere question, and ger professionalism went out the window in a heart beat.... turns out I was supposed to fill out paperwork since the first visit, but she just failed at explaining anything from the start and jumped the gun.

Extremely Rude lady with black hair appears mexican turned me down with all documents because my wife makes too much money!!!! Your rude and ignorant and she said she wouldn't call the man owner due to audit even though my wife makes $14 hourly and has proof! She said she makes too much this is messed up thanks to you our child's medicine is on delay and could die oh but your job security is priority. Make the call do the right thing now your job you should be fired!!!

Each I have came into this location nothing but great customer service and I left very pleased and happy

Karen and Claudia are just wonderful to work with. They are always helpful and nice.
