Now I renewed my loan on 136.00 dollars they gave me 217.00 which in there eyes it came up to 375.00 in that they loan me. Yes I know I should of paid more attention. So I had them to explain why it says that they gave me 375.00 but it only came up to 353.00. They goes in the computer and says i was late on a payment in February but my monthly payment didn't change and I didn't pay no extra money when it was due. I get pay early in the month I call to tell them I would be in later in the month and the said that will be fine and fix it in the computer and they interest rate is high. Never every again #NOTRIGHT

Few months ago. I was a little low in cash and was trying to get a small loan. Don't get me wrong the person working there was nice but she didn't seem like she was too interested. I was still talking to her when another customer came in. She started talking to him and completely ignored me like I wasn't there at all. I waited and waited for a little while and just walked out. I went to another loan place on 23rd st and been using them since then. I even got my first loan interest free.

Ashley is very rude and arrogant. My husband had me on the loan so I could pay when necessary. I told Ashley to run the card or allow me to give her another one as I take care of the budget in my household. She accused me of having an attitude when I tried to pay what was due. Be very careful about this place.

DO NOT EVER LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! AND THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY SPEAK TO YOU WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD JUST DEMANDING MONEY! I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE -00000000 STARS!
