We started our application at the Lawton location and after two and a half weeks of not hearing any updates, constantly getting the run around, and the unprofessionalism at the Lawton branch, we decided it was time to contact corporate to get our application transferred to any nearby location so we didn’t have to deal with the staff in Lawton. We were redirected to Miranda who gave us all her time and attention. She made us a priority and gave us beyond exceptional customer service. She kept in contact, gave us numerous updates to keep us in the loop and not guessing what’s going on. I was highly please with her and her customers service! A HUGE THANK YOU TO MIRANDA!

They were fast, had the paperwork ready for me to sign and I didn't have to wait 5 min. The staff there is so nice and I really appreciate them.
