I got a loan during covid. Got furloughed and really behind on my payments. When I actually could make a payment, the manager said in a very rude and hateful voice, "Nope! Sorry it was sent out of the office today!" I had no idea what that actually meant. I asked her if I could get the phone number of where my loan had been "sent to." Naturally, she could not give me that information. I was told to wait for the "collections agency" to contact me. Six to eight months later, I got a knock on my door and served a paper to appear in court. So, why did the "collections agency" never contact me? I would have paid them to get square. I was trying to make a payment months ago! But now, since they sent it to court, I HAVE TO PAY WAY MORE MONEY TO THEM. NOT COOL. NOT COOL AT ALL. I would definitely stay away from that place. bid, you get behind with that place; the same thing could happen to you. The other thing is, I was not the only person in court that day that this happened, too.

Great customer service and will work with you if your late. I have been sick and Kristy, I hope that's the correct spelling, said no problem I'll put you down for what day? I said, Friday. Never had any issues when I've been in need. Thank you so much!

Completely rude inconsiderate and a complete disgrace to any business. Christie the store manager is very inappropriate she verbally threatened me on the phone spoke to me in a Demeaning manner she should in no way shape or form be a manager do not go here to get a loan worst customer service ever they approved me two separate times for loans the first one I paid off in full the second one I was going to be a little late on my payment date I owed 40.00 I called to make a payment arrangement was told it was successful and what my arranged date and amount was only to be contacted the next day and told oh our bad we have people in training working the phone “they don’t know what they are doing” Christie refused to own the fact that a mistake on her company’s end was made and make further arrangements with me as the customer to come to a resolution that would work for the both of us. Instead she verbally demeaned me for not having the funds she threatened me multiple times and used inappropriate language she said our conversation was making her head hurt as a manager it’s clear She lacks empathy or appropriate customer service skills and should be removed from any company she crosses paths with People trying to pay off their loan shouldn’t be treated like dirt under your shoe

Great customer service! The Manager Kristie was super nice and very helpful! Had no problem explaining everything to me and didn’t get frustrated with all the questions I was asking. They are always willing to work with me when I’m not able to come in on my due date! Very happy with this company!

I have had a loan with them for maybe close to a year. They come in clutch when ya need em.. the interest is high but if ya need em ya need em.. only thing is the calling 2 or 3 times a day from different numbers everyday to "remind" you its due.. (the day has never changed so im fully aware) they call when your loan isn't even late..I could understand a few courtesy calls the day its due and One before its late but yal are harassing people.. its not the workers fault its their job but I will not be renewing once my loan is up.

I was approved for a Loan, I explained my situation, So they approved me for a Loan and Said What I need to bring in since I don't get paid in direct deposit. I called a few days later, Today to make Sure i was still okay to Collect My Loan since I'm over 2 hours away, They told me No I needed to bring in Paystubs, That I don't have, That isn't WHAT I was Told When I was Approved, SO to say this Place Is Unreliable, The Tell you Multiple Different Things and Don't Stick To the Deals They Offer. If you want to get a loan and rely on a company to Provide you a Professional and Trustworthy environment, This is NOT The Place. This Business Is Shady and Unreputable And I would Not Consider doing any Business with them in the Future. I would Give 0 Stars but they Don't Offer that!
