Me and my dad has use star loan for years and we love them so nice professional never once had a problem..

This is an amazing place to do business. The manager of the store, Karen knows exactly how to conduct business. She is one I am proud to say serves and works hand in hand with our community.

Karen is always so Rude any time you ask her a question she makes you feel like you’re dumb and puts you down . I asked about there increases and she made it seem as though i could never get one and what i got approved for was all i could get , that’s not good customer service all she needed to do was answer my question and move on not constantly bring up my credit score.

This place is a joke. Was told an approval amount on Thursday. Called this morning told same amount then get up there and told something different. Very unprofessional. Lying to get customers in the door is bqd business. I will not be using them nor referring my family and friends.

This company has awesome customer service!! Karen is amazingly hard worker. She always has a smile!!

Not only do they help you with loans but for the customers u even buy things from them in store. Great idea sith Christmas around the corner. If u need a loan go here
