Kristen and staff provide the best service and treat everyone like family that walks through the doors. You are greeted from the moment you walk in the door. These ladies do what they say the are going to do. This smaller branch is far superior to all others.!

If I could give zeros stars I would. Applied for a credit card and after 6 months I called and they finally took a look at it. I was able to get one and it took another 2 months for them to send it out. It has now been another 2 months and I have still haven’t received my card. I’ve called the call center, and they are no help. They put you on hold and transfer you around until you just hang up out of pure rage. Possibly the worst bank in the entire country. Take your business somewhere else unless you want to be played around with.

They are really a great place to bank! I work with Kristen on loans and she is truly amazing and goes out of her way to always help and get things done! And on top of it all she is just an amazing person all the way around and with the best spirit a person can have no matter what she may be going through! She is very genuine! If you ever need a loan or anything for that matter, I highly recommend talking to her! She is the best! She always brightens my day! Thank you Kristen for being so AWESOME! I keep trying but I guess I will never stop being disappointed in this place. The call center is terrible and they never help you. The finance managers are rude(Damon in front office). There’s maybe one teller at a time. Zero advanced technology. I couldn’t see my checking account information online for the first two months because they just forgot to turn it on. The can’t accept a bill with a partially ripped corner, but I took it down the street and a bank exchanged it for me. TERRIBLE WITH A CAPITAL EVERYTHING. TERRIBLE.

This credit Union is such a joke. They don't care about their customers at all and I was just treated with such disrespect and treated like my check was bad for no reason. I have used them for almost ten years now but will be cancelling my account as soon as I can change my direct deposit information and I highly recommend that no one ever uses this credit Union ever again. They are rude, unprofessional and customers don't mean anything to them. I will find a better option and I hope everyone else will too.

As always … greeted by smiling faces and Kristen is a rockstar! I had a couple questions and she answered them all! When needing a loan Kristen beats all others with her superior customer service!

I went to the Credit Union to apply for a boat loan. I met with Suzanne Wise who went above and beyond to help me through the process. I couldn’t be more happy how I was treated.
