Red River Credit Corporation, Owasso, OK

Both my daughter and I have loans there. Have had many in the past with them and have had a very good payment history with the company. Both my daughter and I had gotten very ill (current pandemic). I made my daughter payment for her about 10 days late. My payment came due a couple days later. I requested to set up payment for next Friday which would have been 10 days late. They told me it was impossible and they would start court proceedings if I did not have the payment to them ASAP. Court proceedings for 10 days late? ?? What a joke. When they threaten me with court proceedings I admit I wasn’t very nice. I have only 3 more payments to make to paid off the loan and I will never set my foot in their door again once they are paid off. They have made hundreds of dollars off me. Well that is now over. Im done with a company that is unwilling to work with people durning a pandemic and threatened legal action for being 10 days late. I will share how the company does business and tell people to avoid the company at all cost. Been looking for a corporate number but can’t find one. NEVER GET A LOAN WITH RED RIVER CREDIT!

I have had several loans from here in Owasso. I have seen several different managers of the years but each has been very professional. I am always treated with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend the crew here at Red River Credit in Owasso!

I do not like the manger she is very rude I will never get a loan hear again .

First off no one in that office is capable of doing thier job correctly or can make a decision on thier own if every decision needs to made by a supervisor then get a supervisor in the store They will call and offer you a loan or whatever then u get there to have them call a supervisor who then just decides with little info If you miss thier call they will call everyone you listed inside 20 min DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBKE PPL

Amazing place and wonderful lady’s Tiffany is the best they will work with you if you need a loan I recommend red river credit Owasso I’ve had a loan here on and off the past 2 years also when you make your payments you get a email receipt showing you paid Keep up the good work
