Great customer service. And willingness to go above and beyond for the client. They are amazing, they always go the extra mile to get the best out of the experience. They always let me know when I am available to draw funds and try to make the experience swift and full. Would recommend this agency for loans and taxes both

I have been dealing with security finance in perry for many many many years and it's the best loan place ever, best customer service. I also do my taxes there and they do a great job. 5 stars is not enough!! Keep up the good work ladies!!

Stay far away. No problems with the local office but paid off a loan the first part of January. Into March its not been reported to the credit agencies as paid off. I called and was given a number to the main office. I spoke to a very rude person named maggie who stated they report the end of each month. I could not make her understand 2 month ends had passed and it was not reported. She finally looked at my account and said it would be the end of March at least before they report it. I said that is 3 months (month ends) when you claimed every month end. That is my point, everyone else I paid off at the same time reported it the end of January. She said we are not them, we do things our own way. Ignoring what she claimed at first. The customer is obviously unimportant. Horrible service and customer service. Avoid.
