Horrible experience first the girl doesn't know how to give directions sends me in the wrong hwy being I'm not familiar with pocola, but I'm finally able to find it after a couple of days. Then when I apply for a title loan requesting less than half of the estimated Kelly blue book value if my vehicle She turns me down and sends me a rude unprofessional text instead of a phone call . So I ask what if I got a co-borower surely that could push it through so once again I go back down there with my co person the following week I have to reach out to get the results once again they turn me down with a text msg very rude. I feel like if I had plenty of money I wouldn't be coming to you for a small loan and I'm the one putting up collateral that's worth 10,000.+ So they are unprofessional and rude! If there was a way to give a half of a star that's all they would've got that's only because the office was clean.
