It took over a week to get approved. And I could NEVER get anyone to call me back. But I did get approved, so you guys were a lifesaver. The lady I dealt with was pretty patient. By the time I got approved, I was within hours of needing the money. She made it happen. I was late and perturbed about your stupid mask policy. She handled it professionally. So, overall, I’m happy. One problem tho; to save time, I told her I’d print my own documents. She sent the link to my email. But it requires a password I was never given. So I can’t get them.

Nice!!!! Had the best local representative that walked me through my application process over the phone and explained everything with ease and got me approved and my loan was available the next morning when I got up it was in my bank account!!! Thank you so much for your assistance Danette!!! Looking forward to doing business in the future!!

They send me a unsolicited pre-approval letter for more than i applied for as I would never borrow more than i could afford to pay back and then denied the loan after pulling my credit again causing another hard inquiry and putting a dent in the credit i have been working hard to bring up. I will advise anyone I know and care about to avoid doing business with these shady people. They clearly are not out to help anyone.

The lady answering the phones is very rude and unprofessional. We called about information, where she basically just said “you do your app, I turn it in and we wait”. We were asking specifics. She is snappy, and even hung up in our faces. This is terrible customer service, and if you do not enjoy your job; maybe try finding a new one. Just a suggestion.

So far I spoke with the branch manager and she is working on my app. I will update soon, thanks for correcting the mistakes and accepting my apology. Update!!!! my loan was processed and the branch manager Danetta came through for me, the next day the money was there. Thank you so much 💓, get your loans here.
