Check Into Cash, Ponca City, OK

Got here at 5:24 pm so friend could cash check. Door was locked. Around 5:40 pm the employee pulls up in a red truck. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. If employees need to leave at least have the curiosity to put up a sign or change store hours one time is too many for me
