Melissa was very nice and helpful. She stayed late to help us and was very patient and kind. It was the first time we had ever gotten a loan like this and she answered all of our questions. We really appreciate her and the patience and kindness she showed us. I highly recommend her and check n’ go.

I believe the store is better than ever. The new manager will go over and beyond to help you and she brings snacks for everyone on busy days. I know that she has even hand written Thank You notes and is always professional, in a good mood and very polite.

I use to love coming here. Tammy was so nice and helpful. She eventually had to hire new people and she made a mistake on one of them. Ever since Holly came in she doesn't know her job at all I came in 4 different times asking her a question and each time she changed the answer so I will never ce back here I will drive an hour or so to another one. If you can't learn your job and give people a straight answer you need to find a simpler job ugh.

Melissa is an amazing employee and efficient at her job. I give you guys 2 thumbs up on everything. So flexible and willing to work with people that may have hiccups occur financially. Thank you so much.

I needed to cash a check. Was wondering how much would ChecknGo charge. Hate going to BOA because they charge around 10.00 to cash a check (if you don’t have an account there) that is drawn on BOA! Checks are no longer bearer instruments. It’s begnning:( anyway stopped in and Melissa Sweeney was great! Professional and courteous. She even took my teasing with a graceful smile. Go there if you need a check cashed! They only charge a couple of bucks:) actually it was 11.00. But that’s what they do.

Super pleasant visit this morning. The young lady who helped me is just awesome. I didn’t mind waiting at all, she was very good at explaining the process of what she was doing as she did it, and knew what she was doing. She greeted everyone so politely when they came in. My visit here today was excellent. I don’t have a complaint one.

I am currently trying to build my credit, Fay was amazing. She had an answer for every question and was super patient with me not having the proper documentation immediately. Highly recommend asking for FAY!!!
