Red River Credit Corporation, Ponca City, OK

I am considering getting a loan. I have done extensive research into loan companies in Ponca City. I narrowed my choices to 2 with Red River being #1. I personally went to the office. I was treated like I was the most important person in the world to them. Jessica and Reena provided me with information and answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner.

Red River Credit in Ponca City,Ok is a very hard place to get a loan through. The lady that took my application over the phone seemed to be acting very rude to me. I will never try there ever again

Jessica & Sabrina were very unprofessional. Called me a day after I came due (April 19th) and told me the date I gave wasn’t good(April 29th) Which is a day over the 10 day grace period and not the end of the month. I am in Missouri for two weeks working so I can’t do an office visit. Told me they would keep calling me everyday and if I did not pick up they would call references. I have always paid my bill there on time or before the end of the month. The one time it went over I paid in full. That is harassment. I’m not refusing to pay nor screening phone calls. Calls me at work everyday is very rude and hateful for no reason. For the future I will NOT go to them again and for anyone else looking this I’m not the place. I have gotten treated way better else where.

Jessica and Sammy were awesome! Went in for a title loan but didn't qualify and yet the ladies found a way for me to get a loan still! Very professional and respectful.
