Western Finance Associates, Pryor, OK

When I first started my account this location would have five stars. The girl working then was always professional and took care of her customers. The one working there now called me on Saturday. Not to remind me my payment was due but to try to get me to refinance. I declined and told her I'd be in the first part of the week to make my payment. I was in an appointment this morning when she tried to call. I was heading there after the appointment, when I find out she had also called my daughter. When I started my account I was told the emergency contact number would only be used if I was drastically behind. There's no reason to call my daughter when she's at work because her mom was one day late I will never use Western finance again. I'll just walk to the front of the building and go to Sun loan.

Amazed by the diligence used by the young lady to get me approved. Amazing customer service. She called me with updates and questions until the loan was approved. So so so impressed! Thank you Western Finance.

Western is the best place I've ever gone to for help. Bridget is awesome and does her best to help you. I enjoy going there when it comes time because she's so friendly. The application process was also pretty quick and easy. The payments are also very reasonable. I definitely recommend Western to anyone.

The staff is very friendly and they always make me feel very welcome when I come in to the office. The office is always clean and orderly and the girls know what they're doing which makes each visit quick and easy for me which makes is an A++! I wouldn't recommend any other loan office in Pryor but Western Finance! Keep up the great work ladies, you're doing awesome!

The guys there Eddie and manager Jacob were two of the nicest guys you could ever work with on a loan. They were so professional and friendly. They made me feel important and meet all my needs...I highly recommend Western Finance for all your financial needs.

The new office manager is awesome. Both of the ladies at the Pryor office are awesome. They do everything they can to help and take care of their customers. I highly recommend this branch office to everyone that needs a loan. The ladies here will do everything they can to get you everything they can.

I would have given one star for the last rep. But Kensie is awesome to work with. She completely changed my opinion of this establishment. She’s just as awesome as the lady I started out with. Definitely bringing this business back up to snuff.
