Horizon Credit Inc, Sapulpa, OK

Beware this loan company. They are unprofessional and do not follow federal laws. I am a disabled veteran and had a small loan there for $250. I informed the company my wide and I were filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy and they rushed to get a judgment and garnishment against me. We supplied them with the bankruptcy paperwork and our attorney called them twice with our case number. Legally they are supposed to put a stay on the account and release the garnishment but the manager refused. He personally called me and said that he could release the garnishment but simply did not want to. After the bankruptcy is finalized they will have to return the money they garnished and they know this but want to be difficult on purpose. They are greedy and do not care about their customers. Their collection calls are very threatening and start the day after your payment is due. They have no remorse for putting a family in more financial distress. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and if I were you I would NOT take my business there. I wish there was a way to give a negative star rating because they don't even deserve 1 star!!

Worst place in the world. They do not follow the state law and are constantly threatening which is against Oklahoma state law. Which is you can not threaten anyone with court over the phone or ever! Never loan here and if you do you better watch what they do!

Unfortunately I can't find Peoria locations reviews so I had to do here Jan is very rude and unprofessional she is the reason you will loose loan balance and customers refusal to pay I'm on maternity leave I stated that she said well we will send it to collections I'm like OK with an attitude & lack of common courtesy I won't be paying I have dealt with horizon over a year and payed and reloaned several times the one time I fall short its an issue so send me to collections and file garnishment I could care less and I'll never send another person MICHELLE IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT PRETTY SURE THATS WHY PEORIA'S OFFICE CAN NEVER STAY STAFFED
