Satisfied with the opening process, unfortunately my husband and I kept making things difficult by not having all the right paperwork. Elizabeth was SUCH a blessing! We were in everyday Monday- Thursday while she tried every way possible to make it work for us. She never gave up or stopped smiling, very please with her professionalism and heart! Everyone there was very friendly.

I have done three loans with these folks and have had a great experience with them. The only thing i would change is them to lower interest when you have proven to be a good customer for future loans other then that they are great.

I’ve been trying to get a car loan through them and while I appreciate the readiness they had over the phone, I had them look at 3 cars after being told that they could finance me 1st car didn’t have enough value to meet the 85% finance the 2nd was closer but the 3rd was right on the money. It was located in Stillwater and over the course of 2 days I got all the info they needed then come yesterday they said it’s 100% done deal all they need is the title and some pictures , as I was lining up to get the guy to drive up here to Sapulpa. I started looking online and it showed a branch in Stillwater and I called them to ask “hey can he take it down there for all of this?” They said sure can and they sent the info to Stillwater. Well about 45-1hr I get a call saying they couldn’t finance me. After being told for almost a week that it was a done deal they tell me my credit history(which was checked a week ago) wasn’t good enough for them. They had given me a preapproval and then an approval over the phone and only after getting my hopes up and all the logistics covered to call me and tell me that they cannot do it. Utter waste of my time and the sellers. Would not ever recommend period

Don't ever get a loan from these THIEVES! They charge exorbitant interest rates and if you try to pay off your loan early, they jack up the payoff even higher! Expect to pay several hundred dollars MORE than what your statement balance shows if you try to pay off early!! Nothing but a bunch of sorry crooks out to steal every dollar they can from you! Especially the stupid manager!

Was wanting further details on getting a loan through you guys but because I was at work the moment they called and couldn’t finish their application until Monday I was told “okay I’ll just go a head and deny your application then” Will most definitely take my business else where, thanks!

Christie is a JEWEL!! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind, she put me at ease from the beginning. I will highly recommend OMF to all I know when I’m a bind.
