Very frustrating. My Oklahoma tax return had my incorrect address and the W2's were not sent. No apologies from the preparer. This has messed me up for the stimulus check now. Because I picked up my refund at this office, my account and correct address are not with the IRS. Pretty sad to pay someone to file your taxes and I have to do all the leg work, phone calls and waiting to receive my money! Wont very going back and will not recommend this business.
