Stopped by to get some info on opening a new personal account and Rachel (CSR) helped me and answered all my questions. She gave me an easy to read form with all the account types and listed the features. She explained how easy it was to go online to their website and open a personal account. She made sure I understood the web address and gave me a business card for follow up or questions, most helpful. Great overall customer service.

Hours of operation are short, be careful spending too much (you may not have any help after they close after a wild night out), super friendly staff, notary for members (a big plus)
