The people of Courtesy Loans helped me out right when I got out of prison, I didn't have an ID except for a tribal ID, I wasn't even two weeks out and they helped me out with nice loan, never got a loan before, ever, so yeah I'm going to give them a full five Stars. I've always kept my payments with them on time and I've never had any problems out of any of them. They are always courteous to me and I don't know what these other reviews going on with him that day but I can't see that happening to me. Perhaps they should pay their bills on time.

This is an awful company! If I could it would be negative one thousand stars. You know the saying “ The customer is always right.” Not with this company they think they are the best when clearly they are not and don’t even get me started on their supervisors. They are even worse then the employees! Don’t go here to get a loan! They over charge for all of their loans!

This is a horrible company.. the "Boss" there is desrespectful and a liar. They said the credit Bureau is the reason my loan is still "open" well that's a lie they haven't reported yet and that's the reason it isn't showing its closed. I've even been told that by another loan company. And then when I asked for a receipt with today's date she couldn't even do that. I was trying to get a loan through a bank and because it still showed it was open it impacted my score to where I couldn't. So thanks!

stole my cash payment of over 200 and then filed a civil suit for non payment against me. making a police report for theft. former employee even told me they are known for embezzlement. management & owners refusing to investigate

They call you and try to scare you in to pay I told them I would pay Friday and yet they still keep calling me saying if I don't pay than they will send it to the courts to ahead because I told you that I could pay Friday they are. Very rude and disrespectful will not be getting another loan from them

Very friendly was easy process to go thru. Would recommend to anyone needing a small loan.

The only loan company I actuality enjoy doing business with. Anytime I've ran into a hard time they've gone above and beyond to help. Great people. I've paid off and gone back many times. I appreciate them very much!
