Vision Bank, Shawnee, OK

Anytime I have ever needed help with a card problem, or my account they help me anyway they can. I've never had a bad experience being with this bank, and they always make sure that my account is safe. Best bank I have ever been with definitely recommend if your a first timer looking for a bank to start at, or need a new bank to go to!

I am a member of vision bank. The Meeker branch is great but the Shawnee branch isn't. They are not friendly. There was no one at the front desk today. We had to ask to be helped. Then we waited 25 minutes to use the notary and had to leave before we could get done what we came to do. I hate this branch!

This bank is stone age operations and dam sure don't care about their customers I have been with them for years and no options for ppl that can't get to bank on time cause they close early or close for every little holidays

I love Vision Bank. I grew up in a town smaller than Shawnee and was accustomed to a local bank where "everyone knows your name". When Vision opened, I knew it was home. I am among the remaining few, in today's society, who believe it is important to go into a bank. I do use the drive-through, but rarely. I know almost every employee by name and most know me. The tellers and CSRs treat everyone as an important customer.--everyone else does too, but they deal with the most people on a daily basis. Gail and Linda are my favorites. They always have a smile. Sue is, by far, your best ambassador, both in the community and in customer service. I recommend Vision to all my friends.

No Stars would be selected if possible. I still have not been contacted by a personal banker to discuss personal loans. My calls, and emails were over two weeks ago. It must be a great time for Vision Bank. You are so busy that you do not need my business. But times change, and when you solicit me for business I will answer with a resounding NO. Can you guess why?

I used Vision Bank in Sulphur and absolutely loved it. I was so glad there was a Vision Bank in Shawnee when I moved here 4 years ago! Everyone is friendly and nice inside and especially in the drive through.
