This place is terrible. They say they'll work with you during hard times, but no, they'll garnish most of your wages, so much so you fall behind on other bills, AND they take more than owed. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place is so bad I gave them my ss number and my cellphone number thay put the cellphone in the computer as my ss and threatened me with the cops wow how can a company still be in business I will never send a person there to get a lone the Manger treats you like a dog his name is Chris he need to be fired I am getting a attorney on this company

These people told me sorry when I lost my pops and they were good people. BUT they proceeded to call my farther phone who passed away 3 months ago multiple times after we talked about arrangements. These people are sharks. On top of that they keep trying to get me to renew my loan. Get 109 that day but gotta restart your loan all over agian these people are sharks and doesn’t not care about the customer. They will try push you for bigger loan when you don’t need it. Be aware. If I could give negative stars I would.

The girl Julia needs to be FIRED!! Worst attitude and disrespectfulness I have ever seen!! She called me being accusatory and I have NEVER even gotten a loan through you guys. Someone else put me down as a reference!! if y’all had done your job and called me before you approved that person’s loan, we wouldn’t be here!!

I have been in shelter do to coronvirus and courtesy loans is charging me a late fee this is wrong people are sheltering down like the news tells us to. And courtesy loans is taking advantage of there customers in this time of need

This place is horrible! They are barely open for those who work. They won't allow me to give permission for my husband to sign hardship for me but want me to take time off to come in. Their reply "I have a life outside of work" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LOAN SHARKS! I Borrowed $400 and they want over $700 from me!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!! WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING!
