The staff is extremely helpful. They care. They work with you when issues arise. They’re easy to make conversation with. The environment is just extremely laid back. And the fact that they don’t run credit or ask you to sign your life away for a loan helps too.

Don't file your income here! Since Connie had hers on Perkins road this place has gone downhill. Pure unprofessionalism and screw up on the income tax. The only reason it gets 1 star because I had no other choice. I was there almost a whole shift trying to get my income tax taken care of. Also I still didn't get things straight and the girl that did mine was engaging in conversations with someone who was interested in signing up for a government cellphone. I had to tell him to go back to the other desk where his wife was doing their income because my personal information was being put in jeopardy with this guy standing around hearing my most important information.
