Extremely unprofessional I had to contact them numerous numerous numerous times the lady Lida or whatever the hell her name Has a horrible attitude and should not be an any customer service position ever. When I kept having to contact her and she never contacted me back then when I spoke to her she started giving me someone else's information should have been the red flag where I knew not to go there and to avoid this place at all cost .They will only waste your time and try to charge you an enormous fee
