Liberty Tax & Loans, Tahlequah, OK

Very unprofessional and unorganized. I called for information on my last years taxes, that was prepared by them. She said she didn’t have access to it, even though they didn’t my taxes last year. She rudely stated that “she” did not do them because she just was hired a month ago. Regardless, they did my taxes and they never gave her access to all the information when she was hired. That’s horrible business when I paid them over $1000 to keep track of it for me. I got the run around to call different locations to track down my information.

Will not use again. They didn't send to bank for my payment like they were suppose to. Several days later notified me and said my payment hadn't been made. Even told me there were several people they didn't get their money sent for, so I went up and made a cash payment. When I made my final payment they charged me a $7.90 finance charge due their own mistake.

Easy and the people are so welcoming and out of all the loan stores I have used they are the only ones I'll go back to
