I got a call from this place it says it was a political call and left me a message asking me to return a call on a person I dont even know come to find out the caller made up a name to get me to call back in regards to a family member needless to say I won't ever speak to them since the lady Bettina likes to threaten people and scold them like they are children. Also she likes to talk about the Cherokee people like they are trash. Its a shame companies hire people like this cause if she spoke to me like she does my family member she would find herself in a lawsuit....

I have read some of the previous reviews. Several are negative, which is surprising. I have been a customer of Red River CC in Tahlequah, OK for a few years and they have always treated me with respectful professionalism. They are one of the favorable loan businesses in our area. I will only deal with them when financial needs arise. They are courteous, respectful, punctual with reminders (which I require), and friendly. Glad to be a client.

Hard to make arrangements or anything for that matter when the so called manager is never in and when she is in, she never seems to want to help anyone. The other lady in there is always doing something, sometimes with a line of people and the manager is just sitting there twittling her thumbs. I've watched her send people to the other employee even when the other employee is trying to help several other people.

Bettina(mgr) is the only person I will deal with as she is very helpful and pleasant. The csr is extremely rude and hateful on the phone and in person. I have been a long time customer and recommend to others if they deal with Bettina. Thd csr needs customer service training and remembers her voice level as I have heard he tell other customers to write reviews giving her high praise and complain about Bettna. Extremrly unprofessional. .

Absolutely disgusted by the Tahlequah location and will never do business with this store again, the manager is just rude and could care less, and the one above her who called me, I will just say wow. He was the most disrespectful human I have ever interacted with, he made her seem halfway descent, my business has asked them to stop contacting the store, they have not, they have called HR to talk about garnishment even though it has not been 60 nor 90 days past due, I have explained my situation which in reality I shouldn’t have to, but I did, and asked if there is anything for help during covid; he laughed in my face and said go get a shot, covid is over, I explained there was a loss in the family, I gained two additional kids and was dealing with court custody, he stated that he would take me to court and make sure they went to foster care, as well as get anyone else that I owe money to and get them lined up in court to garnish my whole check so that I have nothing to feed my children with, I have a loan with the muskogee location and sort of took my frustration out on them expecting the same treatment but the manager went above and beyond and understands that life happens, if you decide to go with this company, muskogee would definitely be my choice, once I am done with Tahlequah, never again will I do any kind of business with them again. I will never be disrespected in this way again, as well as I would never treat my own customers in any way shape or form that I was treated; unfortunately I have to give some kind a star, but they don’t deserve any type of rating or stars.

So much negativity. If people would make their payments they wouldn't have to lie about rude staff. I've been doing business with RRC since 2019 and will continue to do so as long as they let me. Kim is the Best!! Stop in say hi. She's makes me laugh. She's honest, funny and wise.
