Went with wife to cash her paycheck, as we had to work out of town and didn’t get back in time to go to our bank. The young lady was very polite, she was on the phone several times, spoke to my employer, we gave her my id, my pay stub, and waited to cash my check. While she was on the phone she handed me a paper to start filling out. It was in Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish. She told me to just fill it out, so I did my best. Then as I was about to hand it to her she told me the computer denied me and she couldn’t cash it. So I drove to a check and go and they cashed it in 5 minutes. I know she couldn’t do anything about the computer denying it, but I am very confused as to why. It was a long wait just to get denied with no explanation.
