You get pre-approved with this place before they actually run your credit or see pay stubs or even get your ID. The tone is very deceptive at the beginning, as if you're definitely getting this loan. To be clear, I do understand how pre-approvals work and have never had an issue getting fully approved afterwards. Just don't get your hopes up about an approval after pre-approval, even for a lower amount. They refused the first amount after I uploaded everything and I had to call back just to confirm that a lower loan amount wasn't possible, as they didn't seem to try. Credit score fine, they said. But, but, but... So many assumptions about what I can afford in my budget when they only had two pieces of information about my finances. BTW, I tend to assume the worst about my chances with banking institutions, especially because of my name. Also, there is less consideration for folks who do 1099 work vs. W-2 work. This is my second time dealing with this company in three years and I continue to be amazed that anyone gets help from them.

Recently had my wallet stolen and it had all the identifying documents you could possibly need to cause harm at my mistake. They went above and beyond to help me get my property back, and I'm sure they do just as much, I would say MORE, for their clients as they did for me. Honest people work here. Thank you so much.

Manny Martinez was my loan officer and he was awesome. Manny helped me every step of the way in getting all my documentation that I needed. He emailed me everything I needed and kept in contact with me every step of the way. Then when I got there to do my paperwork he explained everything in detail of how the loan was going to go and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews because they did an awesome job.

Excellent service. Competitive rates with banks and non-bank lenders. Actually lower. Very fast approval process. Loan granted and funded the same day. Perfect neighborhood lender!

They are the worst place to get a loan if you miss one payment by 1 day they repo your vehicle this place is a joke please people stay away from this place and never do auto pay
