Customer service is lacking. Very rude. I feel as though I am put on trial with every conversation. I am talked down to and even hung up on. Why? Common curiosity goes a long way.

I was told misinformation on loan amount all way up to point where I was about to sign the loan..and once I noticed the amount u was getting was less then 200 vers the 1000 I was told it was what I was approved for even though that's not what I was told muti times before..but it is what it is I just won't trust them anymore with info I given .

Two weeks til Christmas and my car goes down. Of course, not one present bought for the kids or grandchild. But in my time of need, who calls…. Jennifer from Regional Finance. And why? Just to let me know, since I’d been a good customer in the past, if I needed any money for anything like car repairs or more money for Christmas, just give her a call.
