My fiance and I have had a car financed thru this company for the past year. We have loved our experience with them. My fiance and myself often travel for work and as long as we called in to let them no that we were out of town they didn't argue about payments. I love that they will work with you. We are now thinking about upgrading to an SUV and definitely want to go thru them to do so.

I got a vehicle may 9 and put 500 down. Paid 300 for June July and august. I was a couple of weeks late for sept9th payment due to finding bed bugs and having to treat everything,. They snatched up my car before it was late enough to even report late. She told me it was because I didn’t get in touch with her, my phone was in the car for I never heard it. I had planned on dropping it off that evening after getting my daughter from the fair but it was repoed. I never was told were it was or given a total I needed to pay to get it out. Better yet 5 months later no title so how was I suppose to get it out of impound, even the towtruck driver stated he had picked up this car several times. Now that all my belongings are just missing I am getting a lawyer for my personal belongings have been violated. 22 years experience has left the lady that runs stuff thinking she can do whatever she likes. Find a new fresh company that plays by the law.

This by far is the most inept and unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t even provide the financing rather are just a collection service for payments. They are a sad excuse for a company and the employees are a sad examples of people. I hope the world treats them as they treat others. Any business that uses this company will not get my business and I will see to it that everyone I do business with understands why I have no respect for Star.

Mr Jim, and Ms Lou Ann are very genuine, and caring. they are up front, firm and respectful. This is my first time with them, and i appreciate their kindness and how they treat you.

Jim and Sandy are truly 2 of the kindest people I've met. They were quick to respond and were a great help. If you need help I'd recommend calling Jim any day of the week! AMAZING!
