Theresa did a great job at explaining everything. I feel like a first time borrower would have understood no problem. Both ladies in office were nice and professional. I would recommend a friend who needed money during a difficult time to this office .

The ladies that work here are always so welcoming they are not judgmental. They care about your privacy they're intent on helping you. I have not been here in a year or so but these ladies are the greatest. I called around 4:45 and Teresa took all my info so professionally and so efficiently. It took less than 2 min to provide the needed documents and by the time I arrived I was in and had my loan in less than 15 min. All three of these ladies are TRUE assets to your company. I was very impressed and will tell all of my friends to apply here. Thank you West Siloam. Now I can get the tires I need to commute safely to work! What a relief!
