Everyone at Midfirst that has helped me were always very helpful and friendly

The teller, Cindy and Jennifer are so friendly, they make you feel right at home. Carolyn and Debbie are great for help with loans, setting up accounts, and the virtual card is great. I have been having trouble with accessing my mobile app and Carolyn has worked with me for over 6 weeks. Called the main office and everyone to try and resolve this issue. She never gave up. A good group.

This is not Ur typical bank. I'm elderly, have lived in 5 different states during my busy lifetime. Never ever found a bank as caring & helpful. These employees bend over backwards, & go above & beyond their duties to extend professional, yet personal service. Not just once, but over & over, thru the years. 5 bright thumbs up to MIDFIRST.👍👍👍👍👍
