Check `n Go, Yukon, OK

Just visited the Yukon office and found new manager Ericka to be so helpful. Said she had been with Checkngo a long time (think since 06) and she was very informative. Didn't realize all the services they offer and she clearly knows her business. She told me the benefits and she was really quick too. I was pleasantly surprised.

I have read all the past year reviews and decided I needed to post one. Everyone states how kind Erica is. It really depends. Sometime she is very friendly and nice while there are other times she is very rude, unprofessional. This should not be a flip of the switch when you work in customer service. I have watched and observed for a while now wondering if I was maybe seeing something on a one time occasion however that is not the case. Not only has she been like this to others while I was waiting but she has also been like that to me a few times...... treat people with respect and courtesy, you never know what they are going through.

Every time I come to this location Hannah is always so nice and will answer any question you have to make sure you leave without a doubt. This store is by far the most pleasant to walk into. Best customer service!

Been here a few times over the last few years, Connie was always a very kind and helpful woman. But now, she's no longer there. Hopefully the new people stay just as kind and helpful as she was! Edit: They weren't.

I have been a customer their for years and decided to go to Yukon ! The lady their was a heavy set woman .! She was very rude on the phone ! I called a few minutes ahead and she said she couldn't help us cause she had a customer but when we went in she was again very rude, bad attitude and loud and it seemed like she really didn't want to help us. It was a very horrible customer service experience. You can tell she was very unpleasant bc she didn't even greet us and tell us her name! So I would suggest you go somewhere besides this place when you need services like this business!

Check and Go in Yukon was a great experience the people in there were courteous they were kind and they allowed me to get the maximum loan possible on the same day they were fast and they were nice and I recommend this check 'n go in Yukon to anyone Laura and Erica we're outstanding and amazing.
