I called the business and was hung up on, rather hardly. They could have just said that they weren't interested in doing business. Instead, they decide to just hung the phone up and be very rude and unprofessional. My greeting was very nice and my tone was the opposite of rude, yet I was at the receiving end of the rudest person.
