Since moving to Oregon 3 years ago, I started banking with TLC. They have been so accommodating and friendly. They have helped me with financials and opening safe lines of credit. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are awesome at TLC Fibre federal credit union!

Garbage customer service, will lie straight to your face about the loans, never will call back, these people will screw you every chance they get
To give just one of the examples I have a loan that has a vehicle as collateral was told nothing about the need for specific insurance and due to an issue with my insurance company not giving them the info wound up getting a $971 increase being told that as soon as they get the info that I will be given a refund, they only refunded $565 and when I called them to ask why I was told essentially that it was for the temporary insurance issue.. THATS $406!! For a temporary issue that didn't last more than a month due to them not informing me of the need for specific coverage but also the lack of communication from the insurance company that again didn't take more than a single month to resolve.. garbage people, garbage services

Friendly staff and very nice environment. I wish there was more accessible hours for those of us who work during the week. I waited 30 minutes in line on my lunch just to be told the only person who can access the quarters I needed was out on lunch. There’s no way for me to get my banking done without taking time off work.

Janelle was very courteous and took the time to help me get some things sorted out with my accounts. She made me feel comfortable and also explained the differences between some other options I have. I had an all-around positive experience with Janelle, as well as other Fibre tellers in the past; which makes me glad I bank with them.
