Great local Credit Union, provides all banking services from an app to in person service. Always been friendly and helpful with my financial needs.

I have banked here for about 2 or 3 years now Hannah and the other blonde gal are always so happy to help and smileing Well i was let down with a new teller today at the window. Dawn was the name and she was not happy at all. Not a smile and when i gabe her my check to cash she was upset about haveing to get money from the safe or whatever. She said "itll take 5 minutes maybe longer" i smiled and complied and she gave a snide look amd walked off.... Sad sad sad i understand a bad day but that was u comfortable

Christine or Christina, is one of the rudest people I've spoken too. just had a brief phone call and she as short and sassy and didn't help me at all. you guys should find someone new.

I was rudely told at drive thu bc I had two deposits I had to come inside. That it was inconvenient to people behind me. There was no one behind me and I had 4 very young children with me! I went inside with all 4 kids afterward to make a complaint and I stood there with no one in front of me for 14 minutes before I was told someone be right with me, I said I needed to speak to whom every dealt with complaints and she said she would go get them. She came back and told me they just left and didn't know if when they be back today!! I gave them my number for them to call me. Haven't had a call yet. Worst bank experience ever!

I have always gotten good and friendly service, they caught Fraud on my acct and stopped it and called me except the last time no call to let me know they put a hold on my card. They do need to keep more ink on hand to print new cards... having to wait 4 days to get new card (2nd time now)

This used to be a great bank! I am locked out of my bank account, had the correct information and still got locked out. The banking app sucks and nobody will help me with my account. Too many problems since staff changed. Will be permanently closing my account as soon as I can get to my branch. They deserve 0 Stars but I had to put at least one on here. Do not bank with them. I have had more than enough.

Honestly don't go through these guys. Soo many things not ok. You cant even simply cash your child's check out of your account. You can't cash your children's birthday checks. Not a family friendly bank at all.
