Always polite and extremely helpful.

I have been coming to this bank for the last 5 years to cash checks from my employer who is also my father and always really liked the bank and people who work in it. I liked it so much I finally decided I would get an account with them well it didn’t happen unfortunately why? Because they wouldn’t deposit my stimulus check because my husband had his identification card stolen and due to covid 19 the DMV is closed so we can’t replace it yet. Smh what happened to people making judgment calls? I have lived in Bandon 20 years now almost never have I had a problem with anything like this we all know each other here! Well I didn’t have any problem starting an account and cashing it at another local credit union so regardless of your assumption of me and refusal to help me during this crisis time others in the community did💜💜💜
