The first time I got a loan here was just before Christmas time when my sister didn't have enough for rent in 2019. I'd never applied for a loan before and I cried in the car after they very kindly and professionally helped me throughout the whole process. They weren't judgmental when I forgot a payment and they called to remind me too. I've had several loans from here since then and I recommend this specific United Finance for loans.

There was a issue with communication and the way it was handled just was not 5 star customer service. The manager at this office knows how it was handled. The problem was resolved, and I am happy it got resolved, just disappointed it had to get to the escalation it did to get the proper resolution.
