I will give this location 5 stars for the great customer service provided by Sarah Jean & Mary Marie. Unfortunately, I would give it 3 stars for not having at least 2 staff at all times. I have had to leave without being helped (several times) because I couldn't wait 15 to 20 minutes for the ONE person working to help as many as 4 customers waiting in line. No one likes to wait; reference queuing models.

MaryMarie and Sarah Jane are amazing! Friendly and helpful. If I’m ever in a pinch for cash, I come here. Reasonable interests rates, great service. Enough said.

Sarah Jean and Mary Marie are the nicest people ever. They never judge or are pretentious. Best cash place ever if you are in a bit of a bind.

This location is amazing! The on-site manager Sarah Jeanne is super helpful, kind, and very understanding. They have a very streamlined process, as a new customer they had me in and out in 5 minutes. I've used other payday loan type services and they provide the best service and experience, hands down.

Cammie Wilson is one of your employees in Bend Oregon. I am a customer for over 5 years. I will say that she is very polite and pleasant. She is patient and answers all my questions with knowledge of her job.
