This is a wonderful store with a great staff. I have shopped here for at least five years and have never been disappointed. The staff is highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I’ll gladly give them five stars.

I’m a professional jeweler, and the guy who evaluated my diamonds tried to low ball me and buy over $3,000 worth of diamonds for $125.00 and told me they were “moissanite” lol!! I tried to express what I do for a living and how he was completely wrong. He continued on telling me that moissanite sells for very cheap but he was trying to give me more?? First and last time I ever go in there. Went to a different place and instantly got offered 5x more then I was offered at bend pawn. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

The owners sold me a car that they told me had a clean title. Got the title home and it was a reconstructed title! May need to talk to a lawyer...

I have done business with Randy and his staff at Bend Pawn since I moved to Bend in 1999. I have bought and sold many guns from Randy. I’ve also purchased compound bows, I’ve consigned vehicles and truck canopies with him, and I’ve purchased ladders and other items from them. I have found all of my business transactions with Randy and his staff to be fair and reasonable. They are friendly people that I trust. I might not walk into that store for 6+ months and they still recognize me by face and name and always greet me with a smile. I have walked in to other pawn shops in town and not even been acknowledged. Randy, Wanda and the staff are the best. Thank you – Mike G.

I love this shop for various reasons! Real down to earth people who take an interest in what you need and try to recommend great alternative if they don’t have what your looking for, and selection they have a very big selection of tools, guns, and jewelry. And if they don’t have what you need they can order it (Guns) or if it’s jewelry they can have custome pieces made for a loved one. Stop by and check them out for sure!!!

The kindest, most genuine Owner and employees. We were involved in a bad accident in from of their shop and they immediately offered their shop for me to sit in as as well as cold water. To top it off, they caught the whole thing on camera and sent it to us for insurance!! So kind and thankful for these people. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts! - Holly & Ryan
