We always get great customer service when we go in a branch. They also notified me about a possible fraud on our acct immediately. A big plus is we have a branch 2 miles away!

You must be an employee of Impqua be forewarned they suck. When thiers problems they wont address the issue then when you close your account and go with a different bank umpqua puts you on some sort of list because my atm cards wont work thier now. Manageent looks like tweeker drug addicts

It's changed hands. A few things changed with it. Wish they could have helped me track some of my cash deposit transfers better.

The people working inside are nice and helpful but if you have to call it's very frustrating and it takes forever and I haven't been able to get through to a real person over the phone
