First Community Credit Union - ATM Only, Cave Junction, OR

Had a very disappointing experience at the Cave Junction branch. Tried opening a new account and was refused because of our out of state id.went right across the street to umpqua bank and automatically opened a money mkt acct. You're loss Community Credit Union! Best reps ever Umpqua!

Not helpful at all. They wouldn't help me when the atm took my card and when I asked to open a checking account they suggested otherwise. Not going back.

I've banked here for years. Great place. Nice people.
